SERVPRO came out to my office and took care of water damage that occurred on a Friday.  The team worked into the evening to get everything set up and came by on the weekend to check on the progress.  Kirk communicated with me throughout the process so I was aware of worst case scenarios.  I was still able to have my business open during the time that SERVPRO was taking care of drying everything out and they tried to make it as easy as possible on us.  They were quick to respond and did a great job!

We came to work and there were large pools of water all over our shop floor, soaking inventory and insulation in walls. We called SERVPRO of Kirkland because we noticed all their 5 star recommendations. They came quickly, brought lots of fans and helped us clean up the mess. They were very thorough and made sure everything - including the walls and insulation was dry or replaced. We highly recommend them for their fast response, knowledge, professionalism and they're really nice too!! They knew just what to do to get our company operating again. YAY!!!!
