Sink Leaked for 2 Weeks While Resident Was Out Of Town!

This resident was in for a huge suprise when they got back from their two week vacation. The sink upstairs in the kitchen had been leaking for what looked like the entire time they were gone! Everything inside was moist! As you can see if the after photo, we had to gut the entire house leaving just the studs. The customer was surprised at how quickly the water traveled through their entire home, to places they would have never thought. However, they were impressed with how quick and tidy we were in removing all the affected materials and getting the framework dried out.
