Basement Flood in Commercial Building

A broken pipe on the main level of this commercial building caused the ceiling in the basement to collapse and flood the file storage downstairs in the basement. The business called us frantic worried about all the files they had stored down there being ruined. We arrived on site and quickly got the water stopped and the existing water extracted. We then moved all the documents on the lower shelves to prevent any further damage and began the drying process for those items. In the end, nothing was ruined we were able to get everything cleaned up and dried out.
