Pipe in Wall Bursts Causing Kirkland Home to Flood

This homeowner went to do their morning work out as usual and notices the carpet is soaked. They call SERVPRO of Kirkland but have no idea where the water came from. After arriving we are able to show them with our infrared camera just how far the water had spread and figure out that it came from a pipe behind the wall. As you can see we had to remove quite a bit of wall as it had been damaged from the water. The customer was very happy with our work and how clean we kept things. Everything was spotless and ready for the contractor to come in and put things back together.
