"Like it never even happened," At SERVPRO of Kirkland

This flooded room was a result of a water heater bursting on the main level. There are many reasons as to why this can happen, this situation was a result of corrosion within the tank that caused it to burst. Here at SERVPRO of Kirkland we are here to make it "Like it never even happened." As you can see in the first picture there is water on the floor that one of our SERVPRO Technicians is extracting. We got the water extracted and the contents removed. As you can also see, the flooring and some drywall had to be removed as well.
