Washington Heat Wave and Water Damage

Washington's recent record breaking heat wave was the result of a 4 story water loss. As we all know in Washington we were not ready for the heat that came at the end of June beginning of July. The top of this building had a gorgeous sun room, however the sprinkler heads were not made for the heat that came through. The temperature had risen past the point the sprinklers would go off for a fire. Without a fire it had gotten past 160 degrees and set off 100's of gallons of water down all 4 stories. The before picture was the bottom level and as you can see the damage it had caused.
