Kirkland Home Damaged From Heavy Wind and Rain Storms

This homeowner called us concerned after a heavy wind and rain storm. If you look at the before photo, it appears as though nothing is wrong. We arrived onsite and visually could not see any damage. Using our infrared camera we were able to locate the moisture inside the ceiling and take the proper steps removing the wet material and drying the frame work. This was no easy task as ceilings were vaulted and the kitchen was directly below about two and half stories down. Out team built scaffolding to reach the affected area and made sure to cover and protect everything in the kitchen before beginning our work.
