Heavy Rain Storm damage in Kirkland, WA

The before picture looks normal, however, hiding behind the drywall on the ceiling there was damage from rain, wind, and all the other elements that come along with living in Washington State. This resident had a hole appear on the roof of his garage. After further inspecting we found water damage and elemental damage behind all 4 walls and the roof. Our SERVPRO professionals removed all drywall in the garage to expose the damage hiding behind the drywall. We used state-of-the-art Air Movers to dry floorings, wall, and the roof. The after photo was taken after Demo was completed.
